How club permissions work
Who can use my media? Only the clubs you choose below — each club is granted separately.
What can they use? Only the media types you approve: photos, videos, interviews.
What for? Only the purposes you switch on — recaps, social, website, sponsor, fundraising, recruitment.
How long / can I change it? Until you change it — update or revoke at any time. Changes apply to future projects; completed releases and licences are unaffected.

When you join a club or team, its media permissions appear here.
Every change is recorded in your permission history. Athlete permission never overrides photographer licensing — clubs can only publish media that is fully cleared for its intended use.
